John Moss and Robert Griffin Visit Vung Tau
Original caption: 5/11/1966-Vung Tau, South Vietnam- Michigan Rep. Robert P. Griffin (right), who was appointed to the U.S. Senate May 11th, visits Vung Tau shortly before his appointment was announced by Gov. George Romney. With him are Rep. John E. Moss (left), D-Calif., and military policeman Ronald Hooper (center) of Nashville. Griffin, in South Vietnam on a congressional study tour, will serve out the remainder of the late Sen. Pat McNamara's term. The term expires Dec. 1st.
